General Summary

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Business Analyst (BA) will have a diverse set of responsibilities and be required to work closely with all members of the MMIS team. Ideally located in our Portsmouth, NH office, the Business Analyst will be intelligent, attentive to detail, flexible and comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for creating business requirements to support a product roadmap of releases, defects and enhancements.

The Business Analyst will play a vital role in the software development life cycle by taking high-level business requirements and turning them into detailed, user stories for an Agile/Scrum-based development methodology. Additionally, the Business Analyst will become the subject matter expert and be familiar with all regulations regarding the Open Payments regulations and Heath Care Entity Engagement processes.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform business, technical, and user requirement analysis and develop detailed requirements (business, user, process, system requirements – functional and non-functional) and establish traceability to overall product roadmap/development priorities

General Summary

As a BDE, you will play a key role in presenting our MediSpend brand and solutions to the market. Specifically, you will lead the identification of new business opportunities at strategic accounts in your assigned territory to successfully achieve defined revenue and new customer acquisition objectives.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams and play a key role using your entrepreneurial skills and relationship based selling approach to introduce new products to the life sciences market.   • Develop, qualify & close opportunities to meet annual sales quotas and customer targets

General Summary

Reporting directly to the Senior Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Manager will be part of the Customer Success team within the Commercial Sales organization umbrella. This role will be located within commutable distance from the King of Prussia, PA or the Portsmouth, NH office. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. In this role, the Customer Success Manager will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the solution and services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the ideal candidate will be located in our Portsmouth, NH office. The Senior Technical Writer duties include management and creation of required customer-facing and internal documents. These documents could include user manuals, videos, blogs, FAQs, system operation and recovery instructions, project proposals, newsletters, presentations, and system design documents. Duties also include participation in software development life cycle; proof reading and editing of prepared documents; research, assimilation, interpretation, formatting and publishing of information on new tools (including Learning Management Systems), systems and materials; the ability to use ingenuity and creative thinking during the preparation of needed documents in an organized, consistent, professional manner; while remaining current in system development methodologies and while remaining compliant with regulations concerning the development of customer-facing and internal technical publications artifacts.

A day in the life:

You are a Sr Web Application Engineer at MediSpend. You will interpret screen mockups and ideas and create web-based user interfaces. You will collaborate with product management and UX experts to provide a consistent look n’ feel across all applications. You might work on a quick POC to help clinch an important sales prospect. You might take a look at the latest JavaScript framework of the month. You have to upgrade the Bootstrap library to a newer version to remove a security flaw. You collaborate with other Sr. Java developers to define and refine REST API service definitions. You jump in to solve a client issue with one of the existing product modules.

What you bring to the table:

You’re a professional with a great blend of practical experience, education, and achievement. You’re efficient at getting your points across in written and verbal mediums. Agile and Scrum methodologies in a distributed environment are second nature. You have a track record of building modern web applications to enterprise scale customers.

Deep core JavaScript fundamentals and proficient with modern tooling (NPM, grunt, gulp, etc.). Significant experience with React/Redux or Angular JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS. Practical experience using caching technologies like Memcached or Redis. Very familiar programming to REST API interfaces. Practitioner of responsive web design – browser focus more important than mobile focus. Security conscious design with a working knowledge of common best practices. Exposure to ORM libraries like Hibernate and practical knowledge of relational database access patterns is a plus. Passion for writing code which exhibits high quality and performance.
