General Summary

The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional, immediate technical service to our customers. You’ll become an expert on the MMIS suite of software.  This position will include ticketing system management, assisting customers with technical inquiries and smoke testing on upcoming product releases. This individual will be responsible being a client facing representative for MMIS. Essential Job Functions
  • Provide technical support to MediSpend clients
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, diagnose root causes and escalate software issues
  • Categorize client questions, bugs and change requests appropriately and escalate to the relevant resource
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the use and impact of IT on the client’s business and industry; identify potential issues and/or business opportunities
  • Maintain ownership over the client experience, providing accurate answers within the contracted SLA
  • Review and analyze support desk metrics.  Work with Customer Success Manager and leadership to identify and implement appropriate action plans based on the analysis
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders
Competencies Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS or other high-tech environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence and Smartsheet a plus
  • Bilingual in French, Spanish or other languages is a plus

General Summary

Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Associate will be part of the Customer Success team and will be responsible for providing exceptional immediate first level service to our customers. This role will be located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The primary responsibility of this position involves regular client outreach, customer success program initiatives and analysis, reporting and activity tracking. ticketing system management and working closely with all members of the MMIS team to assist with delivering business process and technical solutions to our clients. Our goal is to provide an entry-level opportunity with room to grow into various paths based on interest and ability.

Essential Job Functions
  • Becoming an expert on our MediSpend software and being a brand ambassador and guru in every engagement with our customers
  • Handle customer inquiries with positive interaction and effective, creative solutions exploring all possibilities to address customer subscription, cancellation, upgrade, new product, data partner and technical inquiries
  • Assist Customer Success Manager in analysis, development of initiatives, tracking and reporting on activities and health of customers
  • Assist Customer Success Manager with MMIS workflow, Customer Success process improvement initiatives
  • Interface with all teams including Sales, Marketing, Development, Implementation and Product Development to design and implement proactive outreach models and surveys

General Summary

Reporting to the President and CEO, as the VP of Marketing you will play a key role in leading the development, coordination and successful execution of the company’s brand, marketing, and communication strategies. These strategies are focused primarily on supporting the sales and growth objectives of the organization as well as to maximize the awareness of MediSpend and our value proposition to the markets we serve. In this critical role, you will work closely with the business development and product management teams to accelerate the movement of opportunities through the MMIS Sales Machine with innovative and educational marketing programs. You will closely align marketing programs for regional, national and global initiatives to ultimately drive new customer acquisition.

Essential Job Functions
  • Analyze, assess and prioritize regional, national and global target accounts. Drive new customer acquisition through strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns to meet company sales objectives
  • Work synergistically with the business development team to design, implement and successfully execute global marketing programs, including live events, PR activities, and digital campaigns to fuel the MMIS Sales Machine
  • Serve as primary coordination point for all marketing-related events including press releases, trade show presentations, conferences, and case study development
  • Oversee development and production of all promotional and collateral materials
  • Work in close synergy with sales executives, marketing managers, and channel partners to ensure overall marketing strategies and team goals are identified, monitored and successfully completed on-time and within budget
  • Track measure and report effectiveness of all marketing activities to achieve targeted goals and make recommendations to improve marketing performance based on metrics
  • Open and continuous communication with sales, marketing and executive team members to best align marketing efforts to support all aspects of the company’s activities, as appropriate
Competencies Required
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related major
  • MBA preferred
  • 10 years of progressive marketing management experience, preferably with a healthcare technology company, as well as a prior marketing director role
  • Supervisory experience with a professional staff and the ability to manage performance
  • Proficiency with integrated software and digital, social media systems is preferred
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the complexity of marketing to a diverse audience to optimize marketing effectiveness within a defined budget

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Associate Marketing Manager will have a diverse set of responsibilities and be required to work closely with all members of our team to generate and nurture leads that have a measurable impact on the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. He or she must be passionate about inbound marketing and have a strong desire to succeed.

Essential Job Functions
  • Owns complete lifecycle of inbound marketing efforts including ownership of lead scoring functionality using HubSpot to systematically nurture leads and existing clients. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to campaign development, audience segmentation, template, landing page and email creation
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Analyze campaign results, create reporting, and present recommendations to colleagues and senior management Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of the digital strategy in order to constantly improve
  • Determine and track key metrics to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to manage and optimize flow of data between marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM (SalesForce) platform
  • Collaborate with Content and Public Relations teams to create innovative content, and marketing strategy
  • Support areas such as competitive and marketing analysis, and the development of case studies and sales collateral to enable sales in business development efforts
  • Manage webinar and conference/event planning and execution
  • Collaborate with partners, and closely manage vendor relationships, contracts and detailed budgets. Forecast, develop and manage budgets for campaigns and promotions
  • Evaluate new sales and marketing automation technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brands and drive sales
  • Research market trends and adapt strategies to leverage that information
Competencies Required
  • 2-4+ years’ experience with marketing in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using both the Mac and Windows Microsoft Office Platforms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms), and Salesforce
