Against the global context of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have tested and enacted important aspects of our Business Continuity Plan to ensure we continue to provide outstanding support for the engagement and use of our products and services. We confirmed that MediSpend employees, key temporary workers and partners throughout our supply chain can effectively perform all job functions while working in a remote location independent of our regional offices. As a short term precaution, we have limited in-person interactions and mandated that all employees work remotely until further notice.

Our cloud native architecture and product deployments to AWS hosting regions across the globe continue to meet high client standards for availability. Our architecture provides automatic failover in the event of any disturbance within a single region and provides industry standard best practice failover in the event of any complete regional disturbance.
