As we all know, one engagement meeting is not enough, and the scientific exchange activities continue outside of the actual meeting.
A KOL asks for the safety data again, three weeks later, ahead of a conference presentation. An MSL wants to know whether the mechanism-of-action slide was helpful. None of this happens on the MSL’s calendar. It happens on the KOL’s terms, whenever the question or follow up from the KOL resurfaces.
Deepening the KOL relationship post-meeting
